Precision welding head design
The strengthened column and bedplate ensure the rigidity and stability of the welding head. The lower inertia ensures the flexibility of the welding head, thus ensuring the rapid follow-up of the pressure during welding, making the welding more firm and the solder joint more beautiful. The pressure sensing control system inside the head can detect whether the welding needle compresses the workpiece at any time, and discharge welding under the set pressure, which ensures the reliability of welding, significantly speeds up the welding speed and improves the production efficiency. The pressure between the electrode and the weldment can be adjusted through the pressure adjusting handle, and different welding pressures can be adjusted for different welding pads. The head action speed regulating valve on the side of the head makes the electrode move smoothly, reduces the stamping of the butt welding surface, reduces the indentation and less spatter, so as to make the welding more firm and the welding joint more beautiful.
The pressure between the spring-loaded electrode and the weldment can be adjusted by the pressure regulating handle and the limit of the driving cylinder to ensure that the pressure remains unchanged during welding. Adjust different welding pressure for different welding pads. The pressure between the cylinder pressurizing electrode and the weldment can keep the same pressure at any position and at any time.
