Precision welding head design
The strengthened column and bedplate ensure the rigidity and stability of the welding head. The lower inertia ensures the flexibility of the welding head, thus ensuring the rapid follow-up of the pressure during welding, making the welding more firm and the solder joint more beautiful. The pressure sensing control system inside the head can detect whether the welding needle compresses the workpiece at any time, and discharge welding under the set pressure, which ensures the reliability of welding, significantly speeds up the welding speed and improves the production efficiency. The pressure between the electrode and the weldment can be adjusted through the pressure adjusting handle, and different welding pressures can be adjusted for different welding pads. The head action speed regulating valve on the side of the head makes the electrode move smoothly, reduces the stamping of the butt welding surface, reduces the indentation and less spatter, so as to make the welding more firm and the welding joint more beautiful.
Unique structure
Three dimensional electrode adjustment makes the adjustment of welding needle more convenient; Stepless lifting of worktable and hand screw locking make it more convenient to adjust the position of workpiece.
